Horizon Teachers are working with a 3-form Primary School in Hounslow that are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to help cover staff absences on a long-term, full-time basis starting ASAP or in January, until the end of the academic year in July 2025.The School is needing a Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a child within Reception that needs close support due to having Mild Learning Difficulties which can lead to challenging behaviours. You will need to assist the class teacher and use your initiative to make sure the child you are working with is engaged in lessons.It would be very desirable if you have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent, and experience working with children in EYFS. This will be a very rewarding role for the right person and will pay up to £550 per week.What the school are looking for in their Teaching Assistants:
