Sonic Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Finance Manager for a logistics company located in the Feltham area.
The role involves overseeing the accounts department, managing accounts payable/receivable, and conducting credit checks on new clients.
Candidates should have previous experience in all aspects of accounts/finance, particularly within the cargo or freight forwarding sectors.
AAT Level 4 qualification and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Sage, ASM, and Boxtop are required.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 per year and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

We are recruiting for a ACCOUNTS FINANCE MANAGER to join a logistics company based in the Feltham area

Duties will include:

To oversee the smooth running of the account department
Accounts payable/ receivable, Sales Ledger, Billing and Credit Control
Carry out credit checks & risk assessments on new clients
Liaising with senior management and accountants when needed
Processing invoices
Handling any queries
Reporting to the finance manager
P&L Reports

Experience needed:

Previous experience within all aspects of accounts/ finance
Experience within cargo / freight forwarding/ logistics
AAT LEVEL 4 trained
Good knowledge Microsoft Excel / Sage / ASM / Boxtop
You should be self motivated
Attention to detail

Working hours:

Monday- Friday 9.00-17.30pm office based
