We are recruiting for a ACCOUNTS FINANCE MANAGER to join a logistics company based in the Feltham area

Duties will include:

  • To oversee the smooth running of the account department
  • Accounts payable/ receivable, Sales Ledger, Billing and Credit Control
  • Carry out credit checks & risk assessments on new clients
  • Liaising with senior management and accountants when needed
  • Processing invoices
  • Handling any queries
  • Reporting to the director
  • P&L Reports

Experience needed:

  • Previous experience within all aspects of accounts/ finance
  • Experience within cargo / freight forwarding/ logistics
  • AAT LEVEL 4 trained
  • Good knowledge Microsoft Excel / Sage / ASM / Boxtop
  • You should be self motivated
  • Attention to detail

Working hours:

  • Monday- Friday 9.00-17.30pm office based
