Accounts Supervisor - Freight

My client are a well established, expanding freight forwarder looking for an Accounts Supervisor to join their busy team.

Daily duties will include:

• Processing day to day transactions
• Accounts recievables
• Accounts payables
• Credit Control
• Customer account reconciliations
• Credit control
• Handling queries
• Producing customer statements on a monthly basis
• Supplier accounts reconciliations
• Process supplier payments and refunds
• VAT returns
• Inputting company expenses

Experience needed:

• Strong leadership skills
• Managing processes
• Attention to detail
• Strong accounting skills
• Experience using an accounting software ideally SAGE
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written

Working hours:

• Monday - friday 0900am - 1730pm, NOT HYBRID
