Treasury System Management Specialist

The purpose of this role is to lead the transformation and optimisation of our end-to-end Treasury processes, enhancing and evolving existing processes and technologies. Ensuring that Treasury functions align to and support the overall financial strategy.

We are looking for someone with experience implementing/enhancing/configuring treasury systems.

Skills/ Experience:

  • Proven Systems or Programme Transformation planning and delivery experience. Demonstrating delivery in Treasury Operations and understanding of Treasury systems and technologies (FIS, Quantum, Reval).
  • An extensive understanding and experience of Treasury operations. Treasury qualification essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of core Treasury mechanisms, financial instruments and risk management, key financial controls, and key Treasury systems.
  • Proficiency in Treasury management systems and financial software
  • Strong leadership and people management with the ability to work in a matrix RACI environment to drive change, problem solve and manage complex projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills and be able to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders.

3 days a week in the office in Hounslow.
