Forklift Operative Nights

Right Now Group have an exciting opportunity for a Nights Forklift Operative working for a Global Freight Forwarder based in Feltham.

Job Title: Forklift OperatorLocation: Feltham

Shift Pattern: 4 nights on 4 nights off

Hours: 19:00 - 07:00

Salary: £30,000 inclusive of shift allowance.

Responsibilities of an Warehouse Operative

• General warehouse duties.
• Manage the goods in vehicles and containers to prepare them for replenishment.
• Handle all tasks related to returned goods.
• Loading and unloading vehicles utilising a counterbalance or reach forklift ensuring loads are evenly distributed and safely secured and labelled correctly.
• Sorting returns, and organising stock.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety health, and environmental procedures during all operations.
• Preserve stock integrity by ensuring accurate stock handling and system updates.
• Ensuring all cargo discrepancies are correctly identified

Experience required for a Warehouse Operative

• Previous experience within a warehouse environment
• MUST have a forklift license
• Ideally previous exposure working for a freight forwarder
• Full 5 year referenceable history able to obtain a clear DBS
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

The successful candidate will have to provide a 5 year referenceable history alongside a clear DBS.
