Sonic Summary

A medium-sized Freight Forwarder is seeking an experienced air import operator near Heathrow.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in the UK freight forwarding industry handling airfreight import shipments.
Key responsibilities include import customs clearance, customer service, arranging shipments, liaising with airlines, and invoicing.
Experience with Boxtop and ASM Sequoia is advantageous, and quoting experience is a bonus but not required.
The position is Monday to Friday, and only applicants with the necessary experience will be considered.

This medium sized Freight Forwarder are now recruiting for an experienced air import operator to join their team, based close to Heathrow.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1+ years experience working for a Freight Forwarder in the UK handling airfreight import shipments from start to finish.

Key duties to include:

Import customs clearance (ASM Sequoia)Customer serviceArranging for shipments to be collected at originLiaising with the airlines and import shedsArranging deliveriesInvoicingQuoting experience would be a bonus but not a necessityExperience with Boxtop & ASM Sequoia would be an advantage
