I'm recruiting for an Administrator to support the Transport office to join a friendly freight forwarding company based locally to the Heathrow area.
Daily duties will include:
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- General admin data entry and filing
- Create and print POD's
- Email invoices to customers
- Monitoring group inbox (Email)
- Experience needed:
- Excellent admin skills
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Must have Microsoft Excel experience
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday 09.00-18.00
