Freightserve recruitment is seeking an Air Import Operator for a well-established Freight Forwarder in Feltham, Middlesex.
The role involves preparing and processing Air Import documentation, overseeing the import shipment process, and coordinating with airlines and overseas agents.
Candidates should have experience in Air Import operations from start to finish, along with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 and requires prior experience in a similar role.

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Air Import Operator for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.

Duties:-

Assist in the preparation and processing of Air Import documentation
Oversee the entire Import shipment process to ensure precise and timely bookings.
Customs entries (CDS)
Coordinate with airlines and overseas agents
Track shipments and provide updates to customers
Provide exceptional customer service.
Interact with customers professionally and courteously.

Ideal Candidate:-

Air Import experience (start to finish)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
