Aircraft Carpet Trimmer - Job Description
Duties Include:
- Performing carpet changes in aircraft cabins.
- Repairing and replacing aircraft seating.
- Laying underlay, using templates, bonding and fitting carpets.
- Conducting galley repairs and Tedlar surface repairs.
- Completing soft furnishing task cards as assigned daily.
- Applying sound engineering practices to all tasks and effectively communicating actions taken.
- Ensuring all maintenance tasks meet the required airworthiness standards.
- Adhering to EASA regulations, company policies, airport regulations, and Health & Safety procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience working inside commercial or private aircraft cabins.
- Relevant experience from luxury car and marine experience would be considered.
- EWIS certification.
- Human Factors certificate.
Working Hours:
- Day shift - Monday-Friday
