- Previous experience in wet-side operations within the leisure industry.
- Supervisory or management experience, with the ability to lead a team.
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations in a leisure setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach.
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or willingness to work towards it.
- First Aid at Work certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Pool Plant Operator Qualification (or willingness to obtain).
