Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Freight Forwarder to join our friendly and proactive Client in Feltham, Middlesex.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

As the Freight Forwarder your role will be to provide excellent customer service for all customers including clearances, quote, arranging shipments/deliveries, invoicing and all other functions as required.
Your responsibilities include:
- Work closely with internal and external customers
- Focus on customer service
- Customs Entries
- Assist senior forwarders, Supervisor and line manager where required
- Ensure all reports including internal and customer specific are completed within the deadline
- Resolve queries from customers and suppliers
- Remain in contact with customers and suppliers to maintain relationships
You will need:
- Confident and outgoing individual.
- Knowledge in of the international transportation and logistics industry, in export Air Sea Road operations
- A Good knowledge of IT systems and processes used in the transport sector
- Thorough understanding of customer needs
- Able to communicate in a clear, concise, and logical manner both verbally and written.
- Be able to organise and multi-task.
- Worked within a Freight Forwarding environment within the last 12 months.
- Good time management skills.
- Driver with own transport is desirable.
- UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
