Multi Trade Carpenter

Salary: 37,000.00 per annum
We are working on behalf of a local council who are looking for experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join their responsive repairs team.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a range of carpentry and multi trade works including, but not limited to, all wet trades including plastering, decorating and tiling, using a schedule of rates.
- Installing door and window frames
- Installing and replacing damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
- Planning each job and ensuring the required materials are available to ensure the work is completed to schedule.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry
- Full UK Driving Licence
