Search are currently recruiting for permanent Occupational health Nurse for a permanent role in West London.

Role Outline

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our private client in West London. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you'll make a tangible and lasting difference to people's lives every day. This is a full time role based in West London, and there maybe able to offer hybrid working.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing expert, evidence based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice.
  • Providing professional, comprehensive and evidence based written reports
  • Providing expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH
  • Providing fitness medicals and health surveillance where required that meet best practice requirements and in line with policies and protocols
  • Evaluating the results of medicals and surveillance provided, and ensuring that the correct advice in relation to fitness is communicated, escalating where clinically appropriate
  • Providing clinical supervision and support other team members where relevant (such as OH Technicians)
  • Committed to maintaining valid and up to date registration with the NMC and complying with NMC guidelines in relation to professional issues, clinical supervision and continuous learning and development as a registered nurse
