Position: Full Time SEND Teaching Assistant
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Pay: 95 - 110 per day
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities? Horizon Teachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the Hounslow area.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs.
Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the best educational outcomes for students.
Support students with their social, emotional, and academic development.
Requirements:
Experience working with children, particularly those with SEND.
A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEND is desirable but not essential.
