Key Responsibilities for Hospitality Receptionist:
- Greet clients, visitors, and customers professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the reception area, answering calls and directing inquiries efficiently.
- Set up and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, organised, and equipped with necessary materials.
- Serve food and beverages to clients and visitors on-site, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Coordinate with the hospitality and catering teams to align with operational needs.
- Handle administrative tasks as required, supporting the smooth running of the office.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality, catering, hospitality receptionist or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour.
- Basic IT literacy skills including using teams, excel and able to compose emails.
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Be able to commute to Feltham.
- Be willing to undergo 5 years background check
