- Leading and managing the operational teams providing direction and leadership, aligning activities with organisational goals and overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality and compliance.
- Overseeing the operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implement initiatives to streamline operations.

- Extensive experience in the role, or in a similar role.
- Experience in service delivery within the IT software industry, ideally within an ERP SaaS software supplier, such as Oracle / NetSuite, Business Central, SAP, etc.
- Experience of scaling departments within a growing business.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, identifying problems and proposing effective solutions.
- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions.
- Familiarity with various business software, e.g. ERP, CRM, project management tools.
- Implementation experience in ISO27001 & ISO9001.
