Junior Production Engineer - Feltham - Salary up to £29,000 OTE £43,000 - Ref 1854
I am currently recruiting for a Junior Production Engineer to work for a leading engineering organisation based in Feltham. Salary up to £29,000 OTE £43,000.
The organisation is an industry leading organisation delivering world class products into a specialist market. They have a team of highly motivated individuals that are extremely driven and pride themselves on delivering their innovative portfolio of products and engineering expertise to clients across the globe.
In this role as a Junior Production Engineer, you will be key member within the Production Engineering Team and will be responsible for improving efficiency on both the shopfloor and back office. This role will be heavily LEAN focused where you will be working with other Production Engineers and the Production Engineering Manager where you will be re-writing various control documents and processes.
Ideal Requirements:
- A Minimum of 1 Years experience within Production or Manufacturing
- Mechanically Biased
- Understanding of LEAN methodologies
