Location: Feltham (Zone 6, South West London)
Shift: 24/7, 12-hour 4-shift rotation

Role Overview:
The IROC Analyst monitors global events to identify threats and incidents affecting a global company. Using social media and intelligence sources, they provide early warnings, assess potential impacts on the company's people, assets, and reputation, and support security risk management and crisis response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor intelligence sources and escalate incidents as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to mitigate risks and inform decision-making.
• Produce intelligence reports and visualizations.
• Maintain awareness of global geopolitical events relevant to the organisation

Required Skills:

• Experience in security, operational, or analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of global geopolitical issues.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently on a shift basis.
