In this role, you will manage customs declarations and import operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while delivering excellent customer service. As the primary point of contact for clients, you'll oversee every aspect of the import process, working closely with a supportive and knowledgeable team to ensure success.

The Role:

• Manage import operations, customs brokerage, and communication with clients.
• Coordinate international shipments to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Work one Saturday morning every four weeks as part of the regular schedule.

The Person:

• Experience with Air Freight/ CDS.
• Background in logistics and international trade.
• Based in Feltham or easily commutable to.
• Happy to work one Saturday morning every month.
