About the Role:
As a Key Account Export Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing one of our clients key accounts, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support. Your expertise in AOG (Aircraft on Ground), BOXTOP, and ASM will be vital in driving our export operations forward.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and nurture relationships with a key account to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate export shipments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Utilise your skills in AOG, BOXTOP, and ASM to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues and optimise processes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track account performance and identify growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in export operations and account management.
- Strong knowledge of AOG, BOXTOP, and ASM processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
