(Warehouse Manager) - Position Overview
Our client are a leading provider of end-to-end logistics solutions, specializing in fast, efficient, and reliable supply chain management. - Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors or delays in order fulfilment.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock tracking and timely restocking of products.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to optimize delivery schedules and manage returns.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring a high level of performance, safety, and morale.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and provide regular reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
(Warehouse Manager) - Position Requirements
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order fulfilment processes is a plus.
(Warehouse Manager) - Position Remuneration
- Starting salary of £35,000
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 to 18:00
- Company Pension
- 20 days holiday plus Bank holidays (28 days in total)
- Onsite parking
