Freightserve is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of a privately owned Freight Forwarder based in Heathrow.
The role involves providing full administrative support, handling HR responsibilities, managing staff holidays and sickness, and overseeing new employee onboarding.
Additional duties include maintaining health and safety policies, managing office and warehouse facilities, and liaising with suppliers daily.
Candidates must have relevant experience to be considered, as only those with the necessary qualifications will be contacted.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 per year and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Freightserve are looking to recruit a PA reporting to the Managing Director for a privately owned Heathrow based Freight Forwarder.

Duties:-

Offering full Administration support to The Director
Some HR Responsibilities
Deal with staff holidays and sickness
Dealing with new starters (supplying contracts and on boarding)
Maintain all of The company's Health & Safety policies and records
Dealing with Office and Warehouse facilities
Liaising with suppliers on a daily basis
Assist with arranging interviews with recruitment agencies
The ability to handle multiple tasks.
