Location: London Heathrow, UK
Salary: Up to 38,000pa (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)

My client is looking for an Air Freight Pricing, Quoting and Rate Negotiation expert to join the Pricing team, based in their office in Heathrow. The right candidate will have direct experience dealing with Air Freight, Customer Service, Pricing and Liasing with Airlines and Air Cargo handlers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage customer interactions to fulfil air freight pricing requirements in line with booking instructions.
- Collaborate with domestic and international offices or agents to address discrepancies and meet specific air freight needs.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulations, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
- Negotiate and confirm competitive pricing with approved airlines and carriers, ensuring equipment availability and cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Air freight operations knowledge and experience.
- Import and/or Export operations experience.
- Pricing, quoting and rate negotiation experience is essential.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Full right to live and work in the UK.
