Aerospace Operator

Right Now Group have an exciting opportunity for an Aerospace Operator with our client based in Heathrow.

Responsibilities of an Aerospace Operator

• Aerospace and customer requirement knowledge is required for this role.
• Knowledge of start to finish export documentation
• Regular overviews of imports
• You will need to be able to prioritise tasks with good communication skills to ensure you and the team meet required deadlines
• Monitoring and managing the mailbox
• Arranging all bookings for shipments with the airlines as well as arranging collections on dedicated movements
• Informing customers with updates regarding shipping details
• Costing and invoicing of operational finance

Skills required to be an Aerospace Operator

• A minimum of three years working within freight forwarding
• The ability to make good decisions best inline to meet company standards
• Customs knowledge is required
• Clear proven customer service skills
• The ability to be flexible and adaptive
• You will need to be able to work well under pressure

Additional Information for Aerospace Operator

Location: Heathrow

Shift Pattern: 4 days on 4 days off

Hours: 19:00 - 07:00 & 07:00 - 19:00 (Rotating hours)

Salary: £33,000 - £34,000 + £4,000 shift allowance
