Role Overview:
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 17:00
Friday: 07:00 - 15:00 (45.5-hour weeks)

29 Days Holiday (including public holidays)
2,000 Incentive paid after 6 months of service
Annual Pay Review (performance-based)

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs to high standards.
Diagnose and rectify faults effectively.
Ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
Work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an MET Technician is essential.
Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Relevant qualifications in vehicle repair (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance).
