Trainee Freight Forwarder
Location: Feltham, London
Salary: circa. 20,000pa

My client is looking for a Trainee Freight Forwarder to join their team and support the business' Air Freight Operations. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in logistics, eventually becoming a fully-fledged Air Freight Operator. Your new career in Logistics starts here!
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering export documents and executing export entries.
- Speak with customers, handling any requests and questions.
- Liaise with Airlines and Haulier, organising deliveries.
- Liaise with 3PL suppliers and warehousing.
- Be an integral part of the Air Freight Team and support the Account Management with day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Keen to learn and start your career in logistics.
- Excellent telephone manner, customer service and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Previous exposure to the logistics and supply chain industry advantageous, but not essential.
