McGinley are looking for experienced and safety-focused Medium-Risk Confined Space Operatives to join our team. You will work in environments requiring a thorough understanding of confined space regulations, with medium-risk activities where risks are managed through safe systems of work and the use of specialist equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely entering and working within medium-risk confined spaces, following all relevant safety protocols and procedures.
- Monitoring and managing risks within confined spaces, adhering to safe working practices.
- Ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely in collaboration with supervisors and team members.
Requirements:
- Valid Medium-Risk Confined Space Entry certification.
- Demonstrable experience working in medium-risk confined spaces within the construction, utilities, or civil engineering industries.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly those relating to confined spaces.
- A valid CSCS card is essential.
- Additional qualifications, such as EUSR, first aid, or training in the use of escape breathing apparatus, are desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and in challenging conditions.
