The role involves electrical maintenance and service on domestic properties, including monthly service works and first-time rectification of failed services.
Additional responsibilities include liaising with office staff, documenting information accurately, and conducting emergency lighting tests.
Overtime is available, and the company provides a van, tools, and a fuel card, along with opportunities for career progression.

To complete monthly service works
First time rectification of failed services under self-certified limit.
To liaise with office staff and supervisors to assist in the resolving of queries
Document all relevant information and/or use the Oneserve Application accurately and in a timely manner.
Replace failed equipment, Lamps, battery, ballasts, gear trays, fittings etc. (first time rectification if under self- certified limit)
Work in a safe and orderly manner in accordance with the current regulations.
Have a good understanding of Emergency Lighting and be able to identify/report faults.
Carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual emergency lighting tests.

Required

Level 3 C&G Electrotechnical Qualification
18th Edition
BS 5266 (Desirable)
Experience in emergency lighting servicing/installs
Driving Licence
