HLTA - Year 5 - Intervention & Cover Role - Full-Time - Feltham - Summer Term
A welcoming and inclusive 2-form entry primary school in Feltham is seeking a confident and experienced HLTA to join their team from April through to the end of the summer term. This full-time position will involve a mix of Year 5 class cover and delivering targeted intervention support to small groups.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring teacher or a qualified HLTA looking to take on more responsibility in a well-supported environment.
The Role-
Covering lessons in Year 5 when teachers are attending training or on PPA

Delivering intervention sessions in reading, writing and maths to boost pupil progress

Working closely with the Year 5 class teachers and phase lead to plan and deliver engaging learning activities

Supporting pupils with SEND and EAL, helping to narrow the attainment gap

Ensuring consistent behaviour expectations and creating a positive learning atmosphere

2-form entry primary with a strong sense of community

Rated 'Good' by Ofsted

Supportive SLT and staff who value teamwork and CPD

Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm

£105 - £115 per day (PAYE - no umbrella companies)

Ongoing support from Tradewind consultants who work closely with the school

HLTA qualification or substantial UK classroom experience

Confident leading whole-class lessons and working independently

Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
