Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate KS2 Teacher for an Outstanding-rated, inclusive three-form entry primary school in Hounslow. The school is looking for a committed teacher with confidence and proficiency in delivering the KS2 curriculum. The position is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators eager to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and supportive setting.
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, effective lessons for KS2 pupils
- Implement successful behaviour management strategies
- Collaborate closely with the Classroom TA to maximise student learning
- Differentiate learning materials to meet the diverse needs of pupils
- Participate actively in weekly staff meetings
Requirements:
- UK-recognised QTS
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
- Positive and ambitious approach to teaching and development
- Available for a full-time, long-term role starting December 2024
