Job Title: Receptionist/ Showroom Host

Location: Heathrow

£12.50 per hour, Monday to Friday

Job Purpose: To be the welcoming face for all visitors upon arrival, handling all customers arriving on site and incoming telephone enquiries. Maintain showroom and customer waiting areas to a high standard and be a vital member of both the sales and after sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Answer incoming telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Assist the sales and after sales teams by offering excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all messages are passed and received when calls are not connected.
  • Offer beverages and ensure waiting customers feel welcome and looked after.
  • Clean and maintain the customer waiting area.
  • Assist with sales administration including scanning, recording sales, and keeping logs.
  • Help administer company vehicles, fuel receipts, and postal communications.
  • Monitor and order supplies for the customer area.
  • Make follow-up calls to both sales and after sales customers to ensure 5-star customer reviews.

Required Competencies:

  • Customer-focused and presentable with a bubbly character.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Good standard IT skills, especially Excel Spreadsheet.
  • Previous experience is desired but not essential; attitude is more important.
