Main Responsibilities:
The efficient processing of customers/agents/distributors quotes, orders and enquiries, however received.
- The promotion of the companies spares and various services, with a focus on add-ons and upselling opportunities as well as provide support in coordinating and follow up proactive sales campaigns.
- Responsible for the various administrative systems to the ISO 9001/2000 Standard ensuring full traceability and conformity and to recommend any alterations deemed necessary to the Head of Sales to ensure or improve services to our customers.
- Responsibility for answering all internal and external administrative enquiries regarding customer history.
- To check for accuracy of all documents created by yourself and countersign orders initiated by others.
- To recognize any prospects for the furthering of Spares & Service sales and to pass all other such information to the respective machine sales personnel.
- To negotiate where necessary directly with customers to secure extra sales for the company.
- Any other duties determined by the Head of Sales.
- It is a mandatory condition of employment that all personnel comply with the agreed procedures under ISO 9000 in always maintaining the highest levels of quality, to ensure Customer satisfaction.
Package: £22,000 basic + 10% guaranteed bonus + £1,000 cost of living allowance = £25,200.
OTE: £30,000+
