A growing freight forwarder is seeking a Road Freight Clerk to join their team at Heathrow.
The role requires handling road freight operations, import customs entries using CDS, and monitoring shipments from start to finish.
Candidates should have experience in road freight operations and import customs entries, with a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per year.
The position demands good customer service skills, PC literacy, and the ability to work well under pressure, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, with the possibility of hybrid work arrangements.

My clients a growing freight forwarder, seeking a Road freight clerk to join their busy team at Heathrow.

Duties would include:

Handling road freight operations
Import customs entries using CDS
Sending pre-advice
Monitoring shipments start-finish
Liaising with hauliers to provided quotations for special collections/ deliveries
Updating customers
Invoicing
General admin/ data entry

Skills required:

Experience handling road freight
Import customs entries experience
CDS experience
Ability to work well under pressure
PC literate
Good customer service skills

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 0900-1730 will offer hybrid if required
