An excellent opportunity has now arisen for aSales Ledger Administratorto join our client’s successful team in Ashford, Middlesex.

About our client:

The market leader in High Tech Logistics solutions & a trusted partner to some of the leading global medical & technical product manufacturers.

About the role:

Responsible for the day-to-day running of Sales Ledger from the checking files received from the Operations Department, to emailing / posting of invoices to customers. Help resolving customer queries and any other administrative work that might relate to the Accounts Department

Duties of a Sales Ledger Administrator

  • Raising sales invoices in the operating systems (FM)
  • Electronic filling of invoices
  • Checking that files are fully completed before invoicing
  • Checking and charging files as per customer tariff
  • Creation if invoices and credit notes
  • Dealing with customer queries and assisting credit control
  • Daily Transfer of Sales batches from FM to SAP
  • Meeting customer invoicing deadlines
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Internal control to ensure all jobs carried out are charged
  • Running reports
  • Adhere to group deadlines

  • Good team member who can also work on own initiative
  • A Flexible and “can-do” attitude
  • Knowledge of Sale Ledger and processes.
