We have a great opportunity for a Maths Teacher to deliver accredited learning to disengaged learners undertaking Maths study programmes such as Functional Skills, GCSE, and A Level.
The role holder will be responsible for teaching a range of courses as directed, to a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rated level. You will develop learner-centred teaching, learning and assessment strategies, which contribute to increased retention, achievement, and progression of the young people we support.
You will have:
Qualified to deliver accredited Maths programmes of study.
Possession of a relevant teaching or training qualification (e.g. QTS, QTLS, DTTLS, PGCE)
Experience of teaching on and assessing accredited Maths qualifications from Entry Level to Level 3.
An ongoing interest in and knowledge of recent developments in Maths qualification delivery.
