P.E Teacher - Full Time - November Start - West London

We are currently recruiting for a full time P.E Teacher to work at a reputable special needs school based in Hounslow. This special needs school specialise in creating a vibrant and happy learning environment for young autistic individuals to thrive and grow. You will be teaching P.E and Yoga to learners in Key Stage 2 - Key Stage 4. You will be filling a vital role to this school by encouraging learners to become independent and gain confidence while doing so.

Your responsibilities of this role will include -

  • Keeping up to date with the safeguarding + health and safety policies of the school
  • Contribute and support to the overall vision, values and continual improvement of the college
  • Know, implement and actively contribute to the development of risk assessments and plans (can be related to learning, medical care, positive behaviour support) and report concerns when necessary
  • Understand the roles of colleagues and be an active member in creating and maintaining good working relations which put learning at the centre.
