We are looking for an experienced and qualified Learning Support Assistant to support young people in overcoming barriers to learning they may have, and in particular to support young persons in the acquisition of the Additional Services Provision. These provisions will change and flex over time but currently include, Horticulture, Cadets training, Barista training and Music courses.

Location: Feltham
Salary: £22,880 to £28,080 per annum (dependent on skills/experience)

The successful candidate will have:
English and maths GCSE A-C or equivalent
Experience of supporting young people and related issues including barriers to learning
Experience in providing construction support alongside the classroom teacher.
Experience of people management including supporting, mentoring, and coaching and developing an individual
Experience of establishing maintaining high standards in learning and behaviours
Experience of maintaining systems relating to learner progression.
