Location: Heathrow
Salary: 34,000 to 45,000+ Bonuses and Overtime Opportunities
Hours: 42.5 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Technician to join our Client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a variety of light commercial vehicles, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

You will work as part of a dynamic team in a modern and well-equipped workshop, diagnosing faults, conducting repairs, and carrying out preventative maintenance on a range of LCVs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LCV repair, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a range of light commercial vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle inspections in line with manufacturer standards.
• Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Work efficiently to ensure productivity targets are met while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent customer service.

About You:

• Previous experience as an LCV Technician is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic skills and a good understanding of vehicle electrics and electronics.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
