We are recruiting for an experienced, professional and bright customer services person who has a background within courier, freight or logistics.
You will be handling incoming calls and emails from internal / external customers
- Resolving shipping issues
- Tracking and tracing of shipments to keep customer updated
- Liaising with operations, warehouse and transport team
- Dealing with urgent & time critical shipments
- Use of in house system
- Invoicing customers and billing for shipments
Hours are between 8.00am - 19.00pm / 8 hour shifts of earlies and lates.
After probation they do allow 1 day per week to work from home *
You must have a good stable work history and a full 5 year checkable background and a DBS check is required.
