This HR Operations & Project Manager within the Aviation & Transport industry seeks a proactive individual who will display a strong grasp of HR practices, playing a key part in building HR Operations (from creating policies, processes, ER) and delivering HR transformation initiatives within a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be comfortable being hands on and operational, getting stuck into HR activity that will help the business advance.

Description

Your role as a HR Operations & Project Manager will be to:

  • Act as the main point of contact for HR transformation projects, including providing updates on projects
  • Lead and manage HR change and transformation programmes, from process improvement to optimising efficiency of HR ops
  • Develop change management strategies that support the business to deliver growth plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Support M&A activities across UK from TUPE, due diligence etc
  • Providing expert advice on employee relations matters, working with unions to support people engagement projects
  • Developing HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the business values
  • Deliver on post acquisition harmonisation projects
  • Develop HR KPIS to improve HR Analytics and decision making
  • Be a trusted advisor to management team and offering guidance on transformation initiatives

Profile

A successful HR Operations & Project Manager should have:

  • Proven working experience in Human Resources, including managing HR projects
  • Experience and understanding of HR transformation and change management activity
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
