Description
Your role as a HR Operations & Project Manager will be to:
- Act as the main point of contact for HR transformation projects, including providing updates on projects
- Lead and manage HR change and transformation programmes, from process improvement to optimising efficiency of HR ops
- Develop change management strategies that support the business to deliver growth plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Support M&A activities across UK from TUPE, due diligence etc
- Providing expert advice on employee relations matters, working with unions to support people engagement projects
- Developing HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the business values
- Deliver on post acquisition harmonisation projects
- Develop HR KPIS to improve HR Analytics and decision making
- Be a trusted advisor to management team and offering guidance on transformation initiatives
Profile
A successful HR Operations & Project Manager should have:
- Proven working experience in Human Resources, including managing HR projects
- Experience and understanding of HR transformation and change management activity
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
