Location: Cambridgeshire
Hourly Rate: £28-29 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (between 08:00 - 18:00)
Start Date: January 2025

A highly regarded healthcare provider in the Cambridgeshire area is looking for a skilled and experienced Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist to join their team. This role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours between 08:00 and 18:00. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, delivering high-quality assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation to patients across a varied caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and managing a mixed caseload of musculoskeletal outpatients referred by self-referral ,primary care, First Contact Physiotherapists and hospitals.
  • Conduct detailed assessments for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.
  • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical services and practices within the MSK team.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in line with professional and legal standards.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy at a Band 7 level or equivalent.
  • Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of MSK conditions and treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and support patients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with current evidence-based practices.
