Involve Recruitment are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Business Systems Co-ordinator to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to support the Quality and Innovation Manager in enhancing our management systems, ensuring they meet and exceed all legal and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvement across the business.

As a Trainee Business Systems Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the business management system (BMS), working closely with different departments to ensure consistent engagement and performance enhancement.

This role will require travel between office in South Wales and South West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the engagement and utilization of the business management system across all departments and regions within the organization, promoting continual improvement.

  • Assist in the development and management of the company intranet systems.

  • Support BM Trada and other external auditing bodies to ensure compliance.

  • Identify and implement practical solutions to enhance the overall performance of the company.

  • Collaborate with functional departments to develop and improve business processes and standards.

  • Support and participate in both internal and external audits to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

  • Develop and present reports and KPI data as required by line and senior management.

  • Manage and maintain the revision status of policies, standards, and documents within the BMS.

  • Continually improve and develop company system platforms to support operational teams.

Qualifications & Capabilities:

  • Graduate or up to 3 years of experience/apprenticeship.

  • Proficient IT skills, including experience with Office 365.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A willingness to work effectively as part of a team.
