Role Responsibilities
  • Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring all tax requirements are met efficiently
  • Managing a mixed portfolio, including business owners, property investors, HNW and UHNW families, trusts, and estates
  • Conducting annual client reviews to assess ongoing tax planning needs and service offerings
  • Ensuring the timely and efficient completion of all tax compliance and advisory work
  • Overseeing workflow coordination and forecasting, supporting peers and mentoring junior staff
  • Reviewing the work of apprentices and junior tax professionals, providing guidance and training
  • Using tax software and delegation to improve efficiency and ensure best practices
  • Upholding professional and ethical standards, acting in line with regulatory bodies and company policies
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-department referrals, particularly with the financial services team
  • Attending and hosting client meetings, using strong questioning techniques to gather key information
  • Supporting business development, generating new client enquiries and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Implementing firm-wide initiatives and projects as required

  • Fully qualified ATT or CTA
