Temporary Accounts Assistant required for an international company based in Ferndown. Initially for a period of 1 month to cover sickness, but potential to extend.Key tasks initially will be:
- Cash Posting
- Sales Order Review
- Electronic Billing
- Statements
- Credit Control
Other tasks:
- Month End reporting
- Review of Debtors
Person must have the following:-
- Strong Accounts Receivable experience
- A good understanding of Accounts Payable
- Office 365 normal applications, Word, Email, Teams and strong Excel skills
- Experience of NetSuite would be a distinct advantage but a good ERP otherwise
- Multiple company knowledge is a must
- 10+ entities to deal with but all on one system
The role will initially be office based until you are confident with your duties, they could then look at 2 days home workingParking on-site
