Are you an Operations Manager or similar with a background in Facilities or Contracts Management, looking to work with a growing company who offer you a varied role, with vast responsibilities, opportunities to progress and a great team to lead?

On offer is the opportunity to join one of the major players in the Facilities Maintenance industry, they provide a range of services including mechanical, electrical, security, lighting and grounds maintenance. They work on behalf of major blue-chip franchises across retail, hospitality and food and beverage industries.

This varied role, will see you responsible for a busy helpdesk team, overseeing the account management group, ensuring high levels of service, managing workloads, maintenance scheduling, hitting targets and raising the overall performance of the office based team.

This role would suit an Operations Manager with a background in Facilities or Contract Management, looking for a growing company where every day is fast-paced, challenging and you have the opportunity to boost company performance by directly managing a team of 10.

The Role:

  • Man-Management of a team of 10
  • Ensuring high levels of service, hitting targets and KPI's
  • Hitting workload productivities, handling escalation's
  • Managing contract SLA's
  • Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM)

The Person:

  • Operations Manager or similar
  • Background in facilities or contract management
  • Commutable to Ferndown
