Key Qualifications & Attributes:
Experience:

  • Experience in trust administration within financial services, legal, or accountancysectors.
  • Proven experience in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Holding or actively pursuing the STEP Trust and Estate Practitioner designation ishighly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with a strong customer serviceethos.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with a university degree or equivalent level ofeducation preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clientsand stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and processimprovement.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous personal and professionaldevelopment.
