People Leadership: Inspiring, coaching, and mentoring people, leading by example.2. Change & Transformation: Continuously looking at ways to improve, re-engineering processes where needed, improving operational efficiencies, focusing on quality.3. Hands-On: A positive, can-do attitude, rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in when needed.4. WFM & Resource Planning: Building a reporting strategy to deliver improvements in operational efficiency, and deliver more effective planning and forecasting.5.
