CNC Miller needed - 20-24 per hour- Ferndown- Starting ASAP
TeamJobs are currently working with a fantastic company, recruiting for an CNC Miller for Late shift to join their growing team in Ferndown.
You will work Monday - Thursday on late shift 16:00- 02:00
Your duties will include:
- Performing machine setups according to company procedures.
- Adhering to component quality requirements and the "First Off" process.
- Managing machine maintenance and completing a daily maintenance log.
- Ensuring parts are finished and deburred to Rodford standards.
- Supporting quality department corrective actions, observations, and reviews.
- Actively participating in lean programs such as 6S and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Complying with company policies as directed by senior management.
You must have:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of recent CNC milling experience using Heidenhain controls. Experience with 5-axis machining is preferred.
Minimum 3 years milling experience.
