CNC Miller needed - 16- 20 per hour- Ferndown- Starting ASAP

TeamJobs are currently working with a fantastic company, recruiting for an CNC Turner for Late shift to join their growing team in Ferndown.

You can choose to work either 4 or 5 day week:

  • 4 day week : Monday to Thursday,6:30am-16:30
  • 5 day week : Monday to Thursday 8:00-17:00 or 07:00-16:00, early finish on Friday on 11:30 or 12:30 depending on start time.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing Fanuc CNC programs.
  • Performing machine setups according to company procedures.
  • Adhering to component quality requirements and the "First Off" process.
  • Managing machine maintenance needs and maintaining a daily log.
  • Ensuring parts are finished and deburred to Rodford standards.
  • Supporting all corrective actions, observations, and reviews from the quality department.
  • Actively participating in lean programs such as 6S and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Complying with company policies as directed by senior management.

You must have:

The ideal candidate will possess Fanuc control programming experience and extensive turning expertise. A strong understanding of modern machining techniques and tooling is crucial. Experience with live tooling and multi-axis machines is preferred.

Minimum 3 years programming/ milling experience
